This Subscription Agreement applies to all users who purchase a subscription service on the Danzil app. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth below. Danzil is a lightweight AI human dance generation app that allows users to upload portrait photos, select dance styles, and generate 5-second dance videos/GIFs with one click, focusing on entertainment creation and social sharing.
Danzil does not require users to register an account or log in with any personal account to use the App or purchase a Subscription. You can directly access the App's functions, including the Subscription purchase page, without creating an account, ensuring a simple and convenient user experience. The core benefit of the Subscription is that after purchasing the corresponding Subscription, you will receive a one-time issuance of the corresponding amount of in-app coins, which can be used to generate dance videos/GIFs on the App. Compared with purchasing Coins individually, the Coins obtained through Subscription purchase are more cost-effective, allowing you to enjoy more entertainment creation services at a lower cost.
Danzil provides multiple types of Subscriptions for users to choose from, and each type of Subscription corresponds to a fixed amount of Coins, which will be issued to your in-app Coins account in one lump sum immediately after the Subscription purchase is completed. The specific Subscription types, corresponding prices and Coin quantities are as follows (all prices are in US Dollars):
All Coins issued after purchasing the Subscription are valid permanently and will not expire. You can use the Coins at any time to select dance styles, upload portrait photos, and generate dance videos/GIFs. There is no limit to the number of times you use the Coins, as long as you have enough Coins in your account, you can continue to use the App's core generation functions.

The Coins obtained through Subscription purchase can only be used within the Danzil App, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or used for any purposes outside the App. The specific usage rules are as follows:

Danzil will regularly update the App, including but not limited to optimizing the generation effect of dance videos/GIFs, adding new dance styles, improving the user interface, and fixing system bugs. These updates are designed to provide you with a better user experience and will not affect your existing Subscription rights and Coins balance.
In special cases, Danzil may adjust the Subscription types, corresponding prices and Coin quantities. If there is any adjustment, we will display the updated content on the App's Subscription page in advance. The adjusted terms will only apply to new Subscription purchases after the adjustment; the Subscription you have already purchased will not be affected, and the Coins you have obtained will still be valid and usable according to the original rules.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Danzil regarding the Subscription service. By purchasing the Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not purchase the Subscription.
Danzil reserves the right to interpret this Agreement. If there are any unclear or controversial terms in this Agreement, Danzil will make a reasonable interpretation based on the purpose of the Agreement and the principle of protecting user rights and interests.
This Agreement shall take effect on the date you purchase the Subscription and shall remain in effect until you have used up all the Coins obtained through the Subscription or terminate the use of the App voluntarily.
