User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the operator of Danzil App. Danzil is a lightweight AI human dance generation app that allows users to upload portrait photos, select dance styles, and generate 5-second dance videos or GIFs with one click, focusing on entertainment creation and social sharing. By downloading, installing, and using Danzil App, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the relevant rules and policies of the App. You also agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and accept the binding of this Agreement. We attach great importance to your privacy protection, and Danzil does not collect any user facial information and will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI services.

2. Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to all Users who download, install, register, and use Danzil App and its related services. The Operator may formulate specific rules, notices, or guidelines for specific services (including but not limited to premium subscription services, social sharing functions, etc.) in accordance with this Agreement. These specific rules, notices, or guidelines shall be an integral part of this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the specific rules and this Agreement, the specific rules shall prevail; if there is no relevant provision in the specific rules, this Agreement shall prevail.

3. User Registration and Login

Danzil App is designed to be convenient and user-friendly, so you do not need to register an account or provide any personal identification information to log in and use the App's basic services. You can directly open the App, upload portrait photos, select dance styles, and generate dance videos or GIFs. If you choose to use the social sharing function or other optional services that require additional information, you may need to provide relevant information as prompted, and you shall ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete. You shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the information you provide, and the Operator shall not be liable for any losses caused by false or incomplete information provided by you.

4. User Rights

• You have the right to use all basic services provided by Danzil App free of charge, including but not limited to uploading portrait photos, selecting basic dance styles, generating 5-second dance videos/GIFs, and sharing generated content through social platforms.
• You have the right to choose to subscribe to the premium services of Danzil App according to your needs, and enjoy the corresponding premium service rights after successful subscription.
• You have the right to propose suggestions, opinions, or complaints about Danzil App and its services, and the Operator shall reply and handle them in a timely manner.
• You have the right to control the portrait photos you upload and the dance videos/GIFs you generate, including viewing, editing, and deleting them at any time, and all related operations shall take effect locally on your device.

5. User Obligations

You shall use Danzil App and its services in accordance with national laws, regulations, and this Agreement, and shall not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to:

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of the Operator or any third party;
• Uploading, transmitting, or storing illegal, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or other inappropriate content;
• Tampering with, modifying, or reversing the App's software code, or using plug-ins, crawlers, or other tools to interfere with the normal operation of the App;
• Using the App to engage in any behavior that endangers network security or disrupts public order;
• Transferring, lending, or sharing your use rights of the App to any third party without authorization.

You shall be fully responsible for the portrait photos you upload and the dance videos/GIFs you generate, and shall ensure that you have the legal right to use the uploaded photos and the generated content, and shall not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any dispute or liability arises due to your violation of this provision, you shall bear all the consequences and compensate the Operator and any third party for the losses caused thereby.

You shall properly keep your device information and shall not disclose your device-related information to others at will, so as to avoid any losses caused by unauthorized use of the App by others.

6. Operator's Rights and Obligations

6.1 Operator's Rights:

• The Operator reserves the right to develop, update, and optimize Danzil App and its services, and may add, modify, or terminate certain functions according to product operation needs, provided that reasonable notice shall be given to Users for major changes.
• If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Operator has the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the App and its services without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
• The Operator reserves the right to interpret this Agreement, and the interpretation shall not violate the original intention of this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations.

6.2 Operator's Obligations:

• The Operator shall provide stable and normal services in accordance with this Agreement, and shall promptly repair and handle technical failures that affect the use of the App.
• The Operator shall protect your relevant information in accordance with the privacy protection commitments, and shall not collect, store, or use your personal data without authorization.
• The Operator shall provide technical support and customer service for Users, and reply to Users' questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• The Operator shall not use the App to collect any illegal information or engage in any behavior that damages Users' legitimate rights and interests.

7. Handling of User Uploaded and Generated Content

All portrait photos uploaded by you and all dance videos/GIFs generated by the App are stored locally on your device only. The Operator will not upload, collect, store, or call any of these contents to the App's background server. You have full control over these contents, and can delete them at any time according to your needs. After deletion, the contents will be completely removed from your local device and will not be recoverable through the App. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss of content caused by your improper operation or device failure.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to Danzil App, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark, patent, design, text, picture, audio, video, algorithm, and other related content, belong to the Operator. You shall only have the right to use the App and its related content for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes during use, and shall not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or use the Operator's intellectual property rights in any other way without the prior written permission of the Operator. If you violate this provision, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability and compensate the Operator for all losses caused thereby.

9. Disclaimer

• The Operator shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, network failures, power outages, etc.) that lead to the inability to provide normal services.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any losses caused by your improper operation, device failure, network problem, or third-party interference.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any disputes or losses arising from your use of the App to upload or generate content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by your use of Danzil App and its services.

10. Termination of Agreement

• This Agreement shall take effect from the date when you download and install Danzil App and start using its services, and shall remain in effect until you terminate the use of the App and its services.
• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling Danzil App and stopping using all its services.
• If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Operator may terminate this Agreement in advance and suspend or terminate your right to use the App and its services, and shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
• If the Operator terminates the provision of Danzil App and its services due to operational adjustments or other reasons, the Operator shall give reasonable notice to Users in advance, and shall not be liable for any losses caused to Users except as otherwise stipulated by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and the Operator first; if the negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings to the people's court where the Operator is located.

13. Other Provisions

• The Operator reserves the right to revise this Agreement. The revised Agreement will be announced on Danzil App. If you continue to use the App and its services after the revision of the Agreement, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to the revised Agreement.
• If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to violation of relevant laws and regulations, the validity of other provisions shall not be affected.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Operator is located.
